I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the areas of Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Howard County and the Eastern Shore (including Ocean City). Personal
I'm a Baltimore native having been born and raised in Maryland. My youth was filled with crabbing, fishing, working for a local real estate investor, I did all his dirty work from cleaning out houses to going on appointments with him. I bought my first house at age 18. Have sold thousands of houses over the years and been licensed since 1987. Became a Broker in 2001, very familiar with all aspects of real estate and have been around for both BUYER and SELLER markets and understand market conditions.
